1. Service Description

ALL STUDIO ("the Service"), operated at allstudios.xyz, is a visual AI workflow builder for image and video generation. The Service provides a node-based canvas where users can compose prompts, select AI models, and generate visual content using Google Gemini models.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ALL STUDIO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volumes
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you generate using the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. ALL STUDIO does not claim ownership of your generated images, videos, or other outputs. You grant ALL STUDIO a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service itself, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ALL STUDIO and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Payment Terms

ALL STUDIO operates on a weekly subscription model. Upon subscribing, you will be billed on a recurring weekly basis. The Service also uses a credit-based system for generation requests. Credits are consumed when you run AI generation tasks.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period
• Credits included in your subscription do not roll over to the next billing period unless otherwise stated
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or unused credits
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL STUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALL STUDIO'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ALL STUDIO IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination. After that period, we may delete your data without further obligation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where the operator resides. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
